Since October 2020, Jeffrey has served as Head of Estimating, Electrical Engineering & Project Controls at BrittHay Electric, Ltd. In this role, he contributes to the strategic planning, cost evaluation, technical review, and execution oversight of electrical construction projects across the Cayman Islands. His approach focuses on bridging design intent with real-world implementation so that projects are clearly scoped, effectively budgeted, coordinated, and delivered with discipline.
Jeffrey works closely with project managers, field teams, foremen, superintendents, consultants, clients, vendors, and suppliers. His responsibilities include contract and scope review, estimating, project budgeting, cost control, procurement planning, change-order management, construction-document review, technical coordination, reporting, and execution strategy.
Before joining BrittHay Electric, Jeffrey worked with Corporate Electric Ltd. from April 2011 to October 2020. He served as Project Coordinator / Estimator from April 2011 to May 2019 and as Head Estimator from May 2019 to October 2020.
Earlier in his career, he worked as a Project Engineer with Alecto General Technology Corporation from December 2007 to March 2011 and as a Project Manager with Tokyo Bosai Setsubi Industrial Services, Inc. from September 2007 to December 2007.
Jeffrey is interested in improving how electrical construction information is reviewed, organized, and turned into accountable action. He also explores practical uses of artificial intelligence, automation, and connected business systems to strengthen estimating, engineering review, project controls, and access to reliable project information.
